HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C (HCV) Prevention Education Program

This program teaches youth about the risks of HIV/AIDS and the Hepatitis C virus (HCV), the steps to take to prevent infection and various treatment options. Program workers can also connect youth with crisis counsellors and provide referrals to other community programs and resources. Youth have access to a needle exchange program as well as other harm reduction supplies.

Program staff and youth educators deliver presentations and lead workshops about HIV/AIDS and Hep C prevention.  Organizations and service providers that work with high risk youth can book presentations, request information, inquire about referrals and order resources.
