I need to talk to someone
YSB is here to help. Whether you’re stressed, depressed, or just can’t take it anymore — you’re not alone. No matter what the problem, you can talk to someone who understands and who wants to help you. We’re just one call away.
If this feels like a crisis to you, we urge you to call our 24/7 Crisis Line. A caring professional will listen and provide immediate help.

Are you having problems with a relationship, or a recent break-up? Too much fighting at home? Struggling with questions of sexual or gender identity? The Youth Mental Health Walk-in Clinic offers single counselling sessions for youth whose needs are more immediate. Please call to confirm the hours of operation.
If you need help, but you don’t feel you are facing a crisis, then YSB’s Youth and Family Counselling program may be a good place to start. We work with youth (aged 12 to 20) and their families to help with all sorts of issues, like anxiety, substance abuse, family conflict, and violence.
If you need help but you’re not sure which services to ask for, call our Mental Health Services line, and one of our counsellors will help connect you with the right program.
